This is an online only auction - all bidding will take place online. If you need assistance, please contact our office at 217-563-2523. On the day of the auction there will be a BIDDER CENTER open from 3:00 p.m. until auction time in Auburn at the Auburn Community Center, 118 N. 5th St., Auburn, IL for anyone needing assistance bidding or to answer any questions. We will also hold an Informational Seminar at the same location on Monday, Oct. 10 at 4:00 regarding the properties, assist with Bidder Registration, and general online only bidding questions.
Farmland will be sold using the Ultimate Choice system, allowing the bidder to combine any tracts, at any time so they may buy the farm(s) in any combination or manner in which they wish. Just click the box next to the desired farm(s), push the "GET PRICE" button and it will calculate what you will need to bid to take the lead.
To prevent anyone from losing a bid at the last second, if a bid is placed in the last 10 minutes of the auction, it will be extended for 10 minutes until all bidding is finished. Please read the terms of the auction as well as the online bidding terms before bidding.
